About

Welcome to Untamed!
It’s a place for those who want to learn to move their bodies in a way that makes them happy-
A place for those who are looking for a *slightly* feral and unhinged community of like minded people.
A welcoming place for those just learning to love themselves and their journeys.
I wish to help women believe in themselves, get stronger and become the badasses they already are!
I help focus and clean up tricks, building the foundation for aerial from the ground up.
I’m looking for witchy, chaotic, independent, sassy women for our coven!

I teach Aerial Yoga Flow and TaiChi, Gentle Yoga and Kung Fu Conditioning.
I’m also a certified Yoga Teacher, NeuroYoga teacher, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Absolutely love taking classes with Milena! So far I've taken Tai Chi and Kung fu and had a blast with both. I have zero prior experience but she's created a welcoming environment and makes it easy to follow along. I absolutely recommend taking her classes. 😊

Milena is such a great teacher and so supportive when we try tricks. The yoga flow is always fun and a good stretch while having the support of the silks. It’s such a fun class that is full of joy and not taking ourselves too seriously all the time and I always feel great and accomplished at the end
